

POD units are retail displays that hold product cases, and comes with a mounted display that wirelessly receives a promotional video. Labatt came to us with a challenge. Maximize their investment in this technology, enhance the user experience to increase sales. The current units were displaying simple video promotions, but weren't breaking through. Many of these units were strategically placed near the cashier line, so we developed content that would capture and hold consumers attention. We created a news feed template, that streamed sports scores and the weather. The main content area would be for promotional videos. We dialed up the video quality by creating slick 3D animated promotion videos that were eye catching and entertaining. Stores with the new and improved POD units performed very well, and Labatt added over 400 unites across Canada and continues to be a powerful sales tool.
